O nosso Sócio Gerente, Miguel Sousa Ferro, foi orador no painel intitulado “Trends in private enforcement since the adoption of the Damages Directive in 2014”, intervindo sobre “Limitation Periods, the Antitrust Damages Directive and the Effectiveness of EU Law”, da Conferência “Antitrust Private Enfocement: Lessons for Poland”, que teve lugar no dia 30 de maio em Varsóvia, na Polónia, organizado pelo Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies e pela Bird & Bird.
