Unprecedented: Portuguese consumers will be compensated under a Competition Class Action

Under the settlement between Ius Omnibus and ANT (Portuguese Land Surveyors Association), approved by the Competition Court of Santarém, all consumers who purchased land surveying services over 16 years are entitled to compensation. They simply need to contact Ius within three months and produce the invoices, to receive 5% of the gross amount paid.
