For the first time in Portugal, the members of a public tendering cartel are not only required to pay a fine, but also excluded from future public tenders on this market for 2 years. The AdC continues to hammer home its message: settle or else! Lower fines for those who had settled, plus no exclusion from public tenders. AdC press release available here.
