Miguel Sousa Ferro is one of the founding members of a new alliance between many professionals specialized in the private enforcement of competition law in Europe, launched on September 1st 2021, so called “The European Circle for Competition Damages”. “The European Circle for Competition Damages” (“The Circle”) is a cooperation network of premier boutique law firms, economists, service providers and other leading professionals specialized in the private enforcement of competition law in Europe. This alliance between experts of private enforcement assumes as main goal the protection of injured persons resulting from cartel behavior and/or the abuse of market dominance by a company.
